Hamro Chautari is a safe, peer-led space open to all community members, designed to foster connection and cultural engagement. This initiative aims to reduce social isolation within the CALD community by providing a welcoming environment where you can be 100% yourself. To support mental health and overall wellbeing, the event includes various engaging activities, from ice-breakers and meaningful conversations to music, dance, and fun games, all tailored to enhance social bonds and promote a sense of belonging. Additionally, we will have two mental health clinicians on-site to provide guidance and facilitate referrals to other professional support services as needed, ensuring our community has access to a comprehensive support network.
