Our work is guided by values that prioritise respect, empathy, and community. These principles shape how we engage, support, and create meaningful impact.
Cultural Safety
We honour the cultural identity and lived experience of every person we work with. We listen before we speak, we do not make assumptions, and we adapt our approach. We use the term Nepali (not Nepalese) consistently and correctly.
Respect
We treat every person with kindness, fairness, and consideration regardless of their role, background, or personal circumstances.
Integrity
We are honest and transparent. We do what we say we will do. We own our mistakes and work to fix them.
Community First
We exist to serve the community. Our personal interests never come before the needs of the people we are here to support. Every decision should ask: is this good for the community?
